and the Contamines-Grisolle routes on the Triangle du Tacul. |

I was short of time today (meeting at 3:30) so just decided to go up the descent line as far
as I could to check it out. I turned around when the snow started to get a bit heavy and was balling
up badly under my crampons. |

I took my inclinometer with me and measured between 50 and 52 degrees on the section just
below the narrow bit. |

I turned round at the little black circle, the descent would come down the couloir up and right. |
